Love this company! This is the second time this snowy winter they have helped us out. The second time they came all the way out of town and didn't even end up having to tow my car. They were so great they drove my car back to my house for me. It really helped me out since I have a baby. I highly recommend this company!!

Our rig broke down on I-90 near Vantage, and Bernie, our tow driver, was excellent. It was a long way back to Arlington, but he was great! Thank you for a good experience. Definitely recommend them, especially Bernie!

Johnny was great and a true blessing! Cheerful, friendly, and had the needed tools. He was able to extract a difficultly wedged blown out tire masterfully! Got us back on the road very quickly even with the wedged tire issue. Praise God!
My battery died yesterday and needed a jump. I called AAA who sent Bilko towing. They were very fast and able to give me jump in less than an hour. Johnny was the driver and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
We had a very good experience with Bilko Towing in Ellensburg. They came out promptly and towed our vehicle to a repair shop. The driver was helpful and very courteous. We would recommend the company and call them again.

Hi, my is ron. Kris the driver bilinko towing company was sent to me to pick-up my Ford f-150 4×4 around 7:45 pm Saturday night. He was very pleasent to me and my girlfriend . He loaded my truck up made sure everything was tight. Off we went to Arlington Washington .long trip got home safely. I would recommend Kris and bilko if ever stranded around Yakima. Kris helped me out with a lockout from my truck. Efficient and matter of fact. We also had a laugh or two. GREAT!
I have to give it to Kris. One of the greatest drivers ever. He gave me a call letting me know when he would get there. He even went to work to save me on his day off. I needed to be towed 150 miles over the pass. When I got in the Truck. We went to go get water. He knew it was going to be a hot ride in the Tow truck. I was fine with that I needed to be towed. Kris and I enjoyed conversation the entire drive. I felt bad for him have to make such a long drive back to Ellensburg alone. I hope this company know just what a great employee they have.
